Machine introduction:

The “BSM” swing stopper separating machine automatically separates and sorts swing stoppers. It can feed a “BMM” swing stopper mounting machine fully automatically. For this purpose, the swing stoppers supplied in cartons or bags simply have to be poured onto the feed conveyor. The swing stoppers are transferred to the hanger assembly machine via a chain conveyor and a turning rail.

Functional sequence:

Feeding the swing stoppers as bulk material
Dosing the swing stoppers into the sorting drum
Separating the swing stoppers from the sorting drum onto the camera belt
Gripping of a single swing stopper and transfer to the height conveyor
Return of non-grippable closures

Integration in the production line:

The swing stopper separating machine is attached directly to a swing stopper mounting machine.
The suitable performance version of the hanger sorting machine depends on the ironing requirements of the hanger-mounting machine being fed.
In order to cover the higher performance requirements of the “BMM 10.000”, for example, the swing stopper separating machine is extended with additional sorting drums and handling systems.
