Machine introduction:

The “swing stopper mounting machine BMM-2.250” automatically attaches swing-top caps to swing-top bottles. The swing-tops can be inserted into the swing-top holder by hand, or an automatic swing stopper sorting machine can be attached.

Functional sequence:

  • take over and orientate the bottles
  • take over and aligne the swing stoppers
  • mounting the swing stoppers on the bottles
  • assembly check (optional)
  • rejection of the bottles

Integration in the production line:

The “BMM-2.250 swing stopper mounting machine” is integrated directly into your existing or new line.
To do this, the machine’s bottle infeed and outfeed are connected to the bottle conveyors of your line.

Like all our machines, the iron-on assembly machine can be individually adapted and expanded to meet your requirements.
