Machine introduction:

The “control and adjustment machine for shaver handles” is used to check the dimensional accuracy of razor handles using various optical measuring devices. Particular inspection dimensions are mechanically corrected in the machine. Inspected parts that are in fine are placed in trays.
The trays are stacked and conveyed out of the machine, where they are picked up by an operator.

Functional sequence:

  • take over the razor handles as bulk material on a conveyor
  • picking up and storing reusable trays in the tray server
  • controlled dosing of the shaver handles into the sorting pot
  • aligning and feeding the shaver handles into the rotary indexing table
  • separating and positioning the reusable trays
  • inspection and post-processing of parts in eight stations
  • ejection of the faulty parts
  • filling the returnable trays with good parts
  • stacking and discharging the full trays
