The “assembly machine for jar closures” is used for the automatic assembly of ring lever wire closures for preserving jars and other reusable containers. The closure is made up of two parts: The ring clip and the lever.

Functional sequence:

  • take over the ring clamps from the bending machine
  • aligning the ring clip
  • take over the lever from the bending machine
  • store the lever pockets in the magazine
  • separate the ring clips and insert into the main star
  • check the ring clips before assembly
  • mounting the levers to the ring clips
  • Assembly check
  • removing finished products from the main star
  • depositing and stacking the finished products
  • remove the stacked product from the machine
